AN ACT to authorize and require the County


Commissioners of Baltimore county to change the


names of the streets running parallel with Bound-


ary avenue and north thereof, and to designate


the same by numbers.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-


bly of Maryland, That the Commissioners of Bal-


timore county be and they are hereby authorized

of streets.

and required to change the name of Denmead street,
and all other streets running parallel with and


north of Boundary avenue, into first, second and


third streets, and so on, so that the same may here-


after be designated by numerals.

Effective.

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this act shall take


effect from and after its passage.
