dred and four, of an act passed at the January


session of eighteen hundred and seventy-eight,


entitled "An act to prevent the increase of gates


in Calvert county, and provide for their removal


from the mail route in said county," and to re-en-


act the same with amendments.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That section two, chapter four hun-


dred and four, of an act passed at January ses-
sion, eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, entitled
