SEC. 35. SUB-SECTION 2. The male inhabitants of
|
|
|

of April in each year, at the court house in said

town, except at the election to be held in April,

|
|
|

eighteen hundred and eighty, when three commis-
|
|
|
|
|
sioners are to be elected as provided in sub-section
|

SEC. 46. The clerk of the county commissioners is
