CHAPTER 302.


AN ACT to repeal and re-enact sections thirty-five


and forty-six of article fourteen of the Public


Local Laws of Kent county, relating to the election


of Commissioners of Chestertown, and to the


assessment and valuation of property within the


limits of Chestertown, for the purpose of corporate


taxation.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-


bly of Maryland, That sections thirty-five and forty
six of the Public Local Laws, title "Kent county,"

repealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows :


SEC. 35. SUB-SECTION 1. There shall be three
