CHAPTER 299.

AN ACT to amend chapter three hundred and

twenty-five of the acts passed at the January ses-

sion, eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, entitled

an act to repeal chapter two hundred and four-

teen of the acts passed at January session of eigh-

teen hundred and seventy-four, relating to catch-

ing oysters with scoops in Dorchester county, and

to re-enact the same with amendments, by adding

an additional section.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That an act, entitled an act to

amend chapter three hundred and twenty-five of the

acts passed at the January session, eighteen hundred

and seventy-eight, entitled an act to repeal chapter

county, and to re-enact the same with amendments,

every licensed canoe, boat or vessel under this act,
