AN ACT to give the sanction of the General Assem-

bly to the bequest of Thomas Kelso, late of Balti

Aid Society of Baltimore.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That the sanction and consent of the
General Assembly is hereby given to the bequest of
Thomas Kelso, late of Baltimore city, deceased, to
the Methodist Preachers Aid Society of Baltimore.

AN ACT to create a new election district in Mont-

|
|
|
gomery county, to be known as Gaithersburg
|
|
|
|
|
district, number nine, or the ninth election dis-
|
|
|
|
|
trict of Montgomery county.
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
|
|
|
|
bly of Maryland, That a new election district be
|

formed and laid out in Montgomery county, com-

district.

posed of portions of the first, second, fourth and
|
|
|
|
|
sixth election districts of Montgomery county, to be
|
|
|
|
|
known as Gaithersburg district, number nine, or
the ninth election district of Montgomery county,
|
|
|
|
|
the metes and bounds of which shall be as follows :

Beginning for the same at the cross roads in the

bounds.

village of Germantown, and running thence with

|
|
|
|
the Neelsville road to the Georgetown and Freder-

ick road, thence across said Georgetown and Fred-

erick road to the road leading from the Neelsville
|
|
|
|
|
Presbyterian Church to the old Baltimore road,
|
|
|
|
|
thence with said road to its intersection with the old
|
|
|
|
|
Baltimore road, thence with said old Baltimore road
|
|
|
|
|
to Seneca bridge, thence with the road leading from
|
|
|
|
|
said Seneca bridge to Rockville, via the village of
