		CHAPTER 297.
		AN ACT to authorize the court of appeals to hear
		and determine a cause therein pending between
		John J. Bruce, trustee, appellant, and Henry B.
		Bruce and others, appellees.
		SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
		bly of Maryland, That the Court of Appeals of
		this State are hereby authorized to hear and deter-

		pellant, vs. Henry B. Bruce and others, appellees,
		now pending in said court, in as full and ample a
		manner as if said appeal had been taken from a
		court of equity, and from the ratification of an audit
		made in accordance with the principles and direc-
		tions contained in the opinion and order appealed
		from.
		SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
