the same are hereby made valid.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 292.

AN ACT to supplement chapter two hundred and

forty-two of the acts of eighteen hundred and

seventy-six, entitled an act to repeal chapter four

hundred and seventy-six of the acts of eighteen

hundred and seventy, entitled "An act to provide

for the creation and regulation of incorporate

companies in the State of Maryland, and to en-

act a substitute therefore."
