	CHAPTER 290.
	AN ACT to amend the act to incorporate a com-
	pany for the establishment of a Public Ceme-
	tery of Elkton, Maryland, passed by the Gen-
	eral Assembly of Maryland, and approved April
	eighth, eighteen hundred and seventy-six, chap-
	ter three hundred and seventy-four.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That the President and Managers of
	the Elkton Cemetery shall have power to desig-	Designate

	ment, are proper and qualified to be entrusted with the digging, filling and walling of graves and ma-
	king all excavations for burial purposes in their said cemetery grounds, and to prohibit said work
	from being done by any other person.

	CHAPTER 291.
	AN ACT to repeal section twenty-five of article
	thirteen of the Code of Public Local Laws, en-
	titled "Howard county," sub-title "Justices
	of the Peace and Constables," and to re-enact
	the same with amendments so as to read as fol-
	lows:
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That section twenty-five of ar-
	ticle thirteen of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Howard county," sub-title "Justices of	Repealed and re-enacted
	the Peace and Constables," be and the same is
	hereby repealed and amended and re-enacted so
	as to read as follows :
