SEC. — . The bonds of said General Road Super-

visor, and of all of said other supervisors, shall be

taken in the name of the State of Maryland, and

shall be conditioned to well and faithfully perform

their several duties as such supervisors, and to ex-

pend (or account for), according to law, all sums of

money which may be placed in their hands for road

or bridge purposes ; and suit may be brought there-

on, in the name of the State, for the use of the said

county commissioners, to recover damages for any

loss which the said county may sustain by reason of

the failure of said supervisor or supervisors to per-

form his or their duties.

SEC. — . The provisions of the aforegoing sections

shall embrace the whole road system of Allegany

county, including the road mentioned in chapter

two hundred and ninety-one of the acts of eighteen

of the road mentioned in chapter one hundred and

fifty-eight of the acts of eighteen hundred and sev-

enty-eight, known as the National turnpike, and all

other public roads in said county.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

effect from the date of its passage.

to incorporate the City Park Railway Company."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted ty the General Assembly

pany, the corporation incorporated by the act passed
at December session, eighteen hundred and sixty-

one, chapter two-hundred and fifty-eight, may as-

sign and convey its rights, franchises and property

to the Baltimore City Passenger Railway Company,
