SEC. — . Said commissioners shall have power to fix

SEC. — . The county commissioners, by a vote of a

majority thereof, shall have power to revoke the

appointment and commission of any road supervis-

or and appoint any person to fill his place for the
unexpired portion of his term, and in such case may
