SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this act

shall take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 225.

AN ACT to refund to Levin M. Wilson, late col-

lector of State taxes in Wicomico county, certain

moneys overpaid by him into the State treasury.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That the Treasurer, upon the war-

rant of the Comptroller, is hereby directed to pay

to Levin M. Wilson, late collector of State taxes in

Wicomico county, or to his order, the sum of one

hundred and fifty-one dollars and sixty-five cents,
overpaid into the State treasury by him as collector

aforesaid, the said overpayment having been certified
to the General Assembly of Maryland by the Comp-
troller and Treasurer of the State, and the repay-

ment to said Levin M. Wilson of the said sum having

been recommended by them.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

effect from the date of its passage.
