	CHAPTER226.
	AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments
	section two of an act passed January session, eigh-
	teen hundred and seventy-four, chapter ninety-
	seven, entitled an act to repeal and re-enact
	with amendments an act to incorporate the Preach-
	ers' Fund Society of the city of Baltimore, chap-
	ter two hundred and eighty-three of the acts of
	eighteen hundred and fifty-three.
	SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That section second of an act
	passed at January session, eighteen hundred and
	seventy-four, entitled an act to repeal and je enact	Repealed and
	with amendments an act to incorporate the Preachers'	re-enacted.
	Fund Society of the city of Baltimore, chapter two
	hundred and eighty-three of the acts of eighteen
	hundred and fifty-three, be and the same is hereby
	repealed and re enacted to read as follows :
	SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That the income derived
	by the corporation aforesaid from its capital subscrip-
	tions, gifts, devises, purchases and investments shall be divided among such supernumerary and superan-	Income- how disposed

	society, and the widows and orphan children of the
	deceased members.
