AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments
|
|
|
|
section two of an act passed January session, eigh-
|
|
|
|
teen hundred and seventy-four, chapter ninety-
|
|
|
|
seven, entitled an act to repeal and re-enact
|
|
|
|
with amendments an act to incorporate the Preach-
|
|
|
|
ers' Fund Society of the city of Baltimore, chap-
|
|
|
|
ter two hundred and eighty-three of the acts of
|
|
|
|
eighteen hundred and fifty-three.
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
|
|
|
bly of Maryland, That section second of an act
|
|
|
|
passed at January session, eighteen hundred and
|
|
|
|
seventy-four, entitled an act to repeal and je enact
|

Fund Society of the city of Baltimore, chapter two
|
|
|
|
hundred and eighty-three of the acts of eighteen
|
|
|
|
hundred and fifty-three, be and the same is hereby
|
|
|
|
repealed and re enacted to read as follows :
|
|
|
|
SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That the income derived
|
|
|
|
by the corporation aforesaid from its capital subscrip-
|
|
|
|
tions, gifts, devises, purchases and investments shall
be divided among such supernumerary and superan-

as are now or may hereafter become members of the

society, and the widows and orphan children of the
