CHAPTER 214.

AN ACT to repeal sections two and four of the act

passed at the January session, eighteen hundred

and seventy-six, chapter two hundred and seventy-

seven, entitled an act to repeal chapter seventy-

seven of the laws passed in eighteen hundred and

seventy-four, relating to oysters in the waters com-

prised within the limits of Worcester county,

and to re-enact the same with amendments, and

also to protect fish therein, and to enact a substi-

tute therefor.
