	CHAPTER 205.
	AN ACT to appropriate the sum of forty-one dol-
	lars and seventy-five cents to pay the claim of
	Fielder Owings against the State.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That the Comptroller of the
	Treasury be and he is hereby directed to issue his	Issue war-
	warrant upon the treasurer to pay to Fielder Owings	rant.
	of Annapolis, Maryland, the sum of forty-one dol-
	lars and seventy-five cents due him for hauling sand,
	brick and lumber to the State House, under the or-
	der of the Board of Public Works.

	CHAPTER 206.
	AN ACT to refund to Ezra R. W. Sheckell, late
	Collector of Anne Arundel county, thirty-two
	dollars and ten cents by him heretofore paid er-
	roneously into the treasury of the State.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That on the warrant of the Comp- troller the Treasurer of the State is hereby directed
	to pay to the order of Ezra R. W. Sheckell, late
	Collector of Anne Arundel county, the sum of thir-
	ty-two dollars and ten cents, being the amount cer-	Payment re-
	tified by the County Commissioners of Anne Arun-	commended.
	del county to have been overpaid to the State by
	the said Ezra R. W. Sheckell on account of certain,
	insolvents and improper assessments in the year eigh-
	teen and seventy-seven, which payment has been
	recommended by Thomas J. Keating, Comptroller,
	and Barnes Compton, Treasurer of the State.
