AN ACT to appropriate the sum of forty-one dol-


lars and seventy-five cents to pay the claim of


Fielder Owings against the State.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-


bly of Maryland, That the Comptroller of the

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That on the warrant of the Comp-
troller the Treasurer of the State is hereby directed


to pay to the order of Ezra R. W. Sheckell, late


Collector of Anne Arundel county, the sum of thir-


ty-two dollars and ten cents, being the amount cer-
