SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That sections one, two and three of
article thirty-one of the Code of Public General

Repealed.

Laws, be and the same are hereby repealed so far as

|
they apply to Dorchester county.
|
|
|
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacied, That this act shall take
