SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the provisions

of section eighteen and section twenty-one of article

|

dred and eighteen), be and the same are herebymade

applicable to this institution throughout the State.
|
|
|
|
SEC. 3. And be it enacted. That all legacies now
|
|
|
|
existing or hereafter given by persons dying after
|
|
|
|
the date of this act, and all appropriations made, or
|
|
|
|
hereafter to be made, by the General Assembly of
|
|
|
|
Maryland, or by the Mayor and City Council of Bal-
|
|
|
Inure to the
|
timore, and intended for this institution, but given
|
|
|
benefit of
|
or made by its former name of " The Maryland In-
|
|
|
|
dustrial School for Girls," instead of its name as fix-
|
|
|
|
ed by this act, shall remain and inure to the benefit
|
|
|
|
of " The Female House of Eefuge."
|
|
|
Effective.
|
SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall
|
|
|
|
take effect from the date of its passage.
