AN ACT for the better protection of wild fowl


upon the waters of the Patuxent River and its


tributaries.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-


bly of Maryland, That it shall not be lawful for


any person or persons to shoot or trap upon the


waters of the Patuxent River, its tributaries, or the

act shall not apply to the actual residents of Anne


Arundel, Prince George, St. Mary's, Charles and


Calvert counties.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That any person or


persons who may be found violating the provisions
of this act shall, upon conviction thereof before a


justice of the peace of the county wherein the offence
was committed, be fined not less than ten dollars,
