CHAPTER 167.

AN ACT to give and declare the sanction and con-

sent of the General Assembly of Maryland to the

bequest of one hundred dollars contained in the

last will and testament of Joseph Ahaus, late of

Allegany county, Maryland, deceased, to the St.

Peter and Paul church, at Cumberland, in Alle-

gany county, State of Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That the sanction and consent of
the General Assembly of Maryland be and the same
