CHAPTER 166.


AN ACT to provide for a General Index of Judg-


ments in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit


Court for Prince George's county.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-


bly of Maryland, That the Clerk of the Circuit

Court for Prince George's county be and he is here-

ed to procure

by authorized and directed to procure Campbell's

index.

Patent, if the one now in use is not sufficient, suita-


ble for a General Index to Judgments which have


been entered upon the records of his office since the


June term, eighteen hundred and seventy-one, there-
