AN ACT to encourage the development of manu-

facturers and manufacturing industry in the city

of Havre-de-Grace.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That the Mayor and City Council
of Havre-de-Grace are authorized and empowered,
|
|

whenever it shall seem expedient for the encourage-
