SEC. 4. And be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That any person found trespassing
with dog or gun, on any posted or advertised pro-

SEC. 6. And be it enacted by the General Assembly

county be required to pay a bounty of fifty cents for

the scalp of each and every hawk or owl (the fish-
|
|
|
|
ing hawk excepted) killed in Talbot county, said
bounty to be paid in cash by said commissioners
