CHAPTER 141.

AN ACT to provide for the erection of a free bridge

over the Patapsco River upon the Hammond's

Ferry road, between Baltimore county and Anne

Arundel county, where the old Donaldson's Bridge

formerly stood.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That the County Commissioners

of Baltimore county, and the County Commissioners

a substantial bridge over the Patapsco River, at or

near the point or place where the Hammond's Ferry

was formerly located, and where formerly stood the
