CHAPTER 14.


AN ACT to amend an act to incorporate the Ger-


man Bank of Baltimore, passed March twenty-


seventh, eighteen hundred and seventy-four.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-


bly of Maryland, That the President and Directors
of the German Bank of Baltimore be and they are


hereby authorized, with the assent of a majority in


number and value of all the stockholders of said
