	CHAPTER 121.
	AN ACT to repeal section four of chapter two hun-
	dred and thirty-four, passed at the December ses-
	sion, eighteen hundred and twenty-one, entitled
	" An act for the benefit of the Eector of Saint
	John's Parish, in Harford and Baltimore counties."
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That section four of chapter two
	hundred and thirty-four, passed at the December ses-	Repealed.

	Parish, in Harford and Baltimore counties," be and
	the same is hereby repealed.

	CHAPTEE 122.
	AN ACT to amend, and re-enact as amended, the
	second and third sub-sections of the act of eigh-
	teen hundred and seventy-four, chapter four hun-
	dred and eighty-three, entitled " An act to repeal
	article eighty-one of the Code of Public General
	Laws of the State of Maryland, entitled ' Eeve-
	nue and Taxes,' and to re-enact the same with
	amendments," as the same were re-enacted and
	amended by the act of eighteen hundred and sev-
	enty-eight, chapter four hundred and thirteen.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That the second and third sub-	Amende d
