CHAPTER 116.


AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and City Council


of Baltimore to issue its bonds or certificates of


indebtedness to an amount not exceeding five hun-


dred thousand dollars, for the purpose of providing


means for repaving certain streets in said city.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-


bly of Maryland, That the Mayor and City Council


of Baltimore be and they are hereby authorized to
