peace, to be dealt with according to the provisions

of said act and supplements and the said Board of
|
|
|
|
|
Special Police shall be paid for their services the
|
|
|
|
|
moneys, and no other, received by the clerks of the
|
|
|
|
|
Circuit Courts for Harford and Cecil counties, for
|
|
|
|
|
licenses issued for the privilege of shooting " Wild
|
|
|
|
|
Fowl," which moneys shall be distributed as follows:
|
|
|
|
|
at the end of each gunning season the clerks afore-
|
|
|
|
|
said shall each certify to the other the amount re-
|
|
|
|
|
ceived by each for issuing the licenses aforesaid, and
|
|
|
|
|
the clerk who has received the larger amount (if
|
|
|
|
|
either has received a larger amount than the other)
|
|
|
|
|
shall pay over to the other such a sum as will ren-
|
|
|
|
|
der the amounts in the hands of both equal. Then
|
|
|
|
|
the clerk of the Circuit Court for Harford county
|
|
|
|
|
shall pay the sum received by him as aforesaid to
|
|
|
|
|
the two special police appointed from said county,
|
|
|
|
|
each receiving an equal share, and the clerk of the
|
|
|
|
|
Circuit Court for Cecil county shall, in like manner,
|
|
|
|
|
pay the money received by him as aforesaid, to the
|
|
|
|
|
special police appointed from Cecil county. That
|
|
|
|
|
each member of said Board of Special Police shall,
|
|
|
|
File bond.
|
within sixty days after his appointment, file with the
|
|
|
|
|
clerk of the Circuit Court for the county from which
|
|
|
|
|
he is appointed, a bond, with sureties to be approved
|
|
|
|
|
by said clerk, in the penalty of one thousand dollars,
|
|
|
|
|
for the faithful performance of his duties under the
|
|
|
|
|
provisions of said acts and its supplements, and the
|
|
|
|
|
possession of any wild ducks between the first of
|
|
|
|
|
April and the thirty first of October in any year
|
|
|
|
|
shall be prima facie evidence of the violation of the
|
|
|
|
|
prohibitions of said original acts and its several sup-
|
|
|
|
|
plements, by the person or persons in whose posses-
|
|
|
|
|
sion said ducks may have been found, and the offen-
|
|
|
|
|
der or offenders shall be fined in the discretion of
|
|
|
|
|
the court not less than five dollars nor more than
|
|
|
|

between said two counties, and to be disposed of as
