CHAPTER 107.


AN ACT to lay out and establish a new election


District of Caroline county out of the third elec-


tion district thereof, and to be called Hillsborough


District, or election district number six.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-


bly of Maryland, That a new election district be


laid and established out of the third election district

of Caroline county, the said new district to be known

and called by the name of Hillsborough District, or


election district number six.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the boundary


lines of said new district shall read as follows: be-


ginning at Hillsborough, at the intersection of the


counties of Caroline, Talbot and Queen Anne'e, and


running with the division line between Caroline


and Talbot counties down Tuckahoe Creek to the


mouth thereof, thence in a northerly direction up


the Choptank river to the Brick Mill, thence with
