taxes to which the holders of the said certificates or

bonds may be legally liable ; provided, however,

that the rate of interest payable on said loans shall

|

AN ACT for the protection offish in Middle River,

Baltimore county.
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
|
|
|
bly of Maryland, That it shall not be lawful for
|
|
|
|
any person or persons to take any fish in Middle
|
|
|
|
River and its tributary streams, or in the waters of
|
|
|

the Chesapeake Bay within one mile of the entrance

catch fish.
