	AN ACT to relieve the disabilities of J. Hooper
	Shepherd, a minor.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted ty the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That J. Hooper Shepherd, an in- fant resident of this State, be and he is hereby au-	Authorized

	of this State, for whatever share of the personal estate
	of said decedents may of right belong to him, and
	to execute a receipt or receipts for the same, and the
	said administrators are hereby authorized to pay
	over and deliver to him whatever moneys or other
	personal property may be now or shall hereafter be-
	come legally due him from said personal estates, and
	take his receipt or receipts therefor, which shall have
	the same effect as if the same were executed by a
	person of full age.
	SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said J. Hooper
	Shepherd shall have the immediate right to take
	charge of his own real estate, and to contract, and	Take charge
