SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That said Western


Maryland Railroad Company is hereby authorized

City Council of Baltimore, to it, of the property in


the city of Baltimore known as the Hillen station,


and the engine house property now occupied by said


company, and the tracks for its engines and cars


leading from the Northern Central Railway to the


same, upon, the terms stipulated in the ordinance of


the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore hereto-


fore passed providing for its lease by the Mayor and


City Council of Baltimore to said company.


SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That said Western


Maryland Railroad Company shall have capacity to
