CHAPTER 77.

AN ACT to repeal article eight of Code of Public

General Laws, title "Armories."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 78.

A SUPPLEMENT to the act incorporating the

Western Maryland Railroad Company, granting

to said company power to lease certain railroads

and other property, and to become the owner of

certain capital stock " as securities."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

Railroad Company be and it is hereby authorized to

also any other railroad or railroads which may be

hereafter constructed, connected with or in continu-

ation of that last mentioned, to or in the direction

of the town of Shippensburg, in the State of Penn-

sylvania, with any branches not exceeding twenty
