AN ACT to repeal section one hundred and thirty-


eight of article four of the Code of Public Local


Laws relating to Baltimore city, sub-title " Car-

to re enact the same with amendments.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assem-


bly of Maryland, That section one hundred and


thirty-eight of article four of the Code of Public
