Sale of State's Interest in Works of Internal Improvements or
in Corporations.

14. The governor, the comptroller of the treasury and the
treasurer, or a majority of them, are authorized and empow-
ered to sell, lease or otherwise dispose of, in whole or in
part, to the mayor and city council of Baltimore, any or all
of the parcels of property of the State of Maryland, or any
interest or interests therein, involved in the widening of Light
street, in the city of Baltimore, from Pratt street to Lee street,
as now or hereafter proposed by the burnt district commission
created by chapter 87 of the acts of the general assembly of
Maryland for the year 1904, upon such terms as to price or
otherwise as shall be agreed upon between said State officials,
or a majority of them, and said burnt district commission, and
