121. The said corporation shall not issue any note, certificate,
token or other evidence of debt, to be used as currency.

122. Any person residing in said town may impound any
swine belonging to any person residing therein, that may be-
found going at large in the town; and any person so doing shall
immediately set up notice thereof, in the most public places in
the town, for at least three days, inserting therein the marks and
description of said swine; and if the same are not reclaimed with-
in three days after seizure and impounding, and the expense of
impounding and keeping, to be allowed by a justice of the peace,
together with seventy-five cents for each swine, paid, the said
swine shall be sold at public sale by the person impounding the
same, after three days' notice, in writing, set up as aforesaid, and
the proceeds of such sale applied to the expense of keeping and
impounding such swine, and the balance shall be paid to the
treasurer, for the use of the corporation.

123. The county commissioners shall not be exempt from,
keeping the county roads within said corporation in good repair,
the same as though there was no corporation, unless the citizens
within the corporation be exempt from county taxes; if not so
exempt, the corporate authorities shall not be bound to keep the
county roads in repair within the limits of the corporation.

124. Neglect or nonuser shall not work a forfeiture of this
charter.

125. The regular terms of the orphans' court of Carroll county
shall be held on the second Monday of February, April, June,
August, October and December.
