sections, at any time in which the shooting or trapping of the
same is prohibited by said preceding sections, or the possession by
any express or transportation company of any partridges, quail,
woodcock or rabbits at any time, shall be prima facie evidence
of the violation of the said sections.

321 Any person found trespassing upon any private property
in this county, which shall have been posted or advertised, shall
be liable to be arrested by any constable of the county, and shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof be-
fore any, justice of the peace of said county, shall be fined the
sum of five dollars, and on failure to pay said fine shall be con-
fined in the county jail for a term of not less than ten nor more
than twenty days.

33. The fines which may be collected by any justice of the
peace of said county under the provisions of the six preceding
sections, and the money paid to said clerk of the circuit court
for said licenses, shall be paid by said justices of the peace and
the said clerk, to the county commissioners, to be by them
placed to the school fund of said county.

34. It shall be the duty of the constables of the several elec-
tion districts of the county to arrest any person violating any of
said sections and take them before the nearest justice of the peace,
to be dealt with as therein directed.
