ELECTION DISTRICTS.

P. L. L., (1860, ) art. 8, sec. 100. 1868, ch. 28. 1880, ch. 405. 1888, ch. 98, sec. 20.

75. Baltimore county is divided into thirteen election dis-
tricts, according to their present bounds and limits, except in so
far as some of such districts are affected by the annexation of
portions thereof to Baltimore city, under the act of 1888, chapter
98, and it shall be the duty of the county commissioners to make
the changes in the precincts and voting places thereof, rendered
necessary by such annexation, and all elections for public officers
shall be held in each of said districts, at the places now or here-
after established by or in pursuance of any act of assembly
passed for that purpose.

76. The first election district is divided into two election pre-
cincts, with the metes and bounds established by the act of 1870,
chapter 429, and as may be established under the act of 1888,
chapter 98; and the third election district is divided into three-
election precincts, as established by the act of 1876, chapter 311,
and as may be established under the act of 1888, chapter 98.

77. The seventh election district is divided into two voting
precincts, with the metes and bounds established by the act of
1870, chapter 138.

78. The eighth election district is divided into two voting
precincts, with the metes and bounds established by the act of
1878, chapter 317.

79. The ninth election district is divided into three election
precincts, with the metes and bounds established by the act of
1868, chapter 433, and as may be established under the act of
1888, chapter 98.

80. The eleventh election district is divided into two election!
