grounds of said water-fowl, or sitting, swimming, resting or
feeding, singly or in numbers of two or more, there or elsewhere
in, on or over said waters, from any vessel, boat, launch, canoe
tug, float, or any craft whatsoever.

273. It shall not be lawful for any person, at any time during
the day or at night, by artificial light or otherwise, to shoot at, or
to shoot any water-fowl flying above their feeding grounds or
-elsewhere, over the waters aforesaid, within the Jurisdictional
limits, of Queen Anne's county, from any vessel, boat, launch,
tug, canoe, float, or any craft whatsoever.

274. The provisions of the two preceding sections, and the
remaining sections of this sub-title of this article, shall not apply
to or prohibit the shooting of wild fowl from sink-boats as now
regulated by sections 259 to 271, inclusive.

275. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of
sections 272 and 273, or who shall aid or abet any such person in
the violation of the provisions of said sections, by furnishing a
boat or other vessel, or any craft whatsoever, guns and ammuni-
tion, to be used for the purpose, shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor; and any person so violating the provisions of said
sections by shooting at, or shooting wild fowl, as aforesaid; and
any person so aiding and abetting therein by furnishing boat,
vessel or craft, guns and ammunition, as aforesaid, shall pay a
fine of not less than one hundred and fifty dollars and not more
than three hundred dollars, to be recovered by action of debt
before some justice of the peace of Queen Anne's county or by
indictment in the circuit court for said county.

276. The sheriff or any constable or any commissioned militia
officer of Queen Anne's county, or any commanding officer of any
one of the oyster police sloops or steamers, either upon view or
information derived from any other person, of a violation of any
