list of registered voters living within the limits of said election,
precinct number one, as hereinbefore established; and in said
registration book for election precinct number two, the names of
all persons or voters in said list of registered voters living within
the limits of said precinct number two, as hereinbefore estab-
lished ; and on completion of said work, return said book to the
clerk's office of the circuit court for Queen Anne's county.

142. The county commissioners are authorized to appoint
three election judges for each of said election precincts, for hold-
ing elections therein, and to do all other necessary acts to secure
the proper registration of voters in said election precincts, and
proper correction and revision of the registration already made
at the time now provided by law therefor.

143. The register of voters for said fifth election district of
Queen Anne's county is authorized and directed to divide the
time now allotted by law for the registration of voters, and for
the revision and correction thereof, as now provided by law,
equally between said election precincts, of which he shall give
due public notice.
1874, ch. 250.
144. It shall not be lawful for any person in Queen Anne's
county to carry, on the days of election, secretly or otherwise,
any gun, pistol, dirk, dirk-knife, razor, billy or bludgeon; and
any person violating the provisions of this section shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof before any
justice of the peace of said county, shall Bl" fined not less than
five nor more than twenty dollars, and on refusal to pay said
fine shall be committed by such justice of the peace to the jail of
the county until the same shall be paid.

145. The fines collected under the preceding section shall be
paid by the officer collecting the same, to the school commis-
sioners of the county, for school purposes.
