ELECTION DISTRICTS.

138. Queen Anne's county is divided into seven election dis-
tricts, according to their present names, bounds and limits, and all
elections for public officers shall be held in each of said election
districts at the places now established by law for that purpose.

139. The fifth election district of Queen Anne's county is
divided into two separate and distinct polling or election pre-
cincts, to be divided and designated, as follows: By a line begin-
ning at the head of Blunt's creek, an estuary of Chester river,
and running thence in a straight line to the head of Dividing
cove of Wye river, between the lands of Mrs. Mary C. Bryan
and the lands of "William "W. Nelson, and thence with Wye river
to the extreme end of Bennett's point; that part of said fifth
election district lying north and east of said line, and including
Wye island, to be and constitute one of said precincts, and to be
known as Queenstown, or precinct number one. That part of
said district lying south and west of said line, to be and consti-
tute the other of said precincts, and to be known as Winchester,
or precinct number two.

140. The polling place of Queenstown precinct, or precinct
number one, shall be at Queenstown, and the polling place of
Winchester precinct, or precinct number two, shall be at Win-
chester.

141. The clerk in the circuit court for Queen Anne's county
shall forthwith furnish two proper books of registration, one for
each of said precincts, such as may be now required by law, to
be delivered to the register of said fifth election district; and the
said clerk shall also at the same time deliver to said register a
poll-list, under the seal of his office, of all registered voters or
persons appearing on the registration book of said district; and
the said register shall thereupon transcribe from said list, and
enter in alphabetical order in said registration book for election
precinct number one, the names of all persons or voters on said
