1888, ch. 180.

111. Any person convicted before a tribunal having juris-
diction, of a violation of either of the two preceding sections,
shall be fined not less than ten nor more than fifty dollars; one-
half to the informer and the other half to school commissioners.

GRANTSVILLE.

1878, ch. 108.

112. The citizens of the town of Grantsville are constituted
and made a body corporate by the name of "The Commissioners
of Grantsville," with all the privileges of a body corporate, and
may have a common seal and perpetual succession.

113. The male citizens of said town, of the age of twenty-one
years and upwards, being citizens of the United States, who have
resided in said town for six months next thereto preceding, shall
elect by ballot on the first Monday in June in each year, at such
house as shall be designated by the commissioners, five commis-
sioners for the town, who shall have resided within the limits of
the same six months next preceding the election.

114. All elections shall be held and conducted as shall from
time to time be directed by the laws of the corporation, not
inconsistent with the provisions of this sub-title of this article.

115. The commissioners, at the first meeting after their
election, shall choose some one of their number president of the
board, whose duty it shall be to preside at their meetings, pre-
serve order and give such directions as may be deemed necessary
by them to carry into effect the provisions of this sub-title of this
article.
