107. No person shall take, catch or kill any brook or river
trout, or have any such trout in his possession, except during the
months of April, May, June and July, and no person shall at
any time take, catch or kill any such brook or river trout on the
Lord's day, commonly called Sunday; and no person shall at any-
time take, catch or kill any such trout except by angling with
hook and line; and no person shall at any time fish in any stream
of said county with net, seine, swab, fish-pot or other trap or
device, except hook and line; and no person shall have in his.
possession in said county, within one mile of any stream inhabited
by trout, any fish-net, seine, swab, fish-pot or other trap or device
for catching fish, except hook and line; provided, however, that
this section shall not be construed to prevent fishing for minnows,
to be used for bait in streams where trout are not known to exist,
with nets not exceeding three feet in length, without other
attachments; and any and every person violating this section,,
or any provision thereof, shall be fined for each offence a sum
not less than ten nor more than one hundred dollars.

108. Any person who shall destroy or attempt to destroy any
fish by dynamite or other explosive in any of the waters or
streams of Garrett county shall be'guilty of a misdemeanor, and
upon conviction before any tribunal having jurisdiction in the-
premises shall be fined not less than twenty-five nor more than
one hundred dollars for each offence; one-half to the informer
and the other half to the board of county school commissioners of
Garrett county.

109. Any person not a bona fide resident of the State of
Maryland who shall fish or hunt in Garrett county without the
written permission of the owner of the premises upon which he
eo fishes or hunts, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

110. Any person who shall fish in Bear creek, in Garrett
county, before the first day of April, eighteen hundred and
ninety, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
