CHARLES COUNTY. [ART. 9.

are hereby appointed a board of commissioners with
full authority to re-district said county into as many
election districts, not exceeding nine nor less than six,
as to them may seem most conducive to the convenience
and wishes of the people of said county.

Sub-Sec. 2. They shall be, and are hereby required
to meet in the town of Port Tobacco within the ten
days next ensuing after the first day of April next, for
the purpose of discharging the duties herein set forth ;

commissioners by death, resignation or refusal to serve
or removal from the county, it shall be the duty of the
county commissioners of said county to appoint others
