CIRCUIT COURT.
See under Public Local Laws, Art. V, Calvert county, the act of 1868, c. 439, regu-
lating the time of holding the respective circuit courts for the counties composing
the seventh judicial circuit of Maryland and repealing the Local Laws of said
counties in reference thereto. [Sup. 532 ]
ELECTIONS.
1868 c 138 repeals section 40 of this article and enacts the following in lieu thereof:
SEC. 40. The bounds and limits of the present elec-
tion district of Charles county shall be changed, and
the said county shall be divided into not less than six
nor more than nine election districts, in the mode
hereinafter provided, in each of which districts elec-
tions shall be held at the place which may be estab-
lished therein for that purpose.
