said county shall continue to discharge the duties of
the office for the new district in which they may be

the acts relating to the registration of voters of this

Sub-Sec. 6. The justices of the peace and constables

continue to act as such according to the present division
of said county into election districts for the time for
which they were respectively so appointed, and until
provision shall be made by law for changing and
conforming their number to the several election dis-
tricts into which the county may be divided under this
act.

purpose of carrying out this act shall be entitled to and
receive compensation not exceeding three dollars per
day for each and every day they may be actually
engaged in the discharge of their duties under this act.
