M. Hurlock, thence following the plain road leading
to Henry D. Wright's mill and branch, thence with
said branch to the main, branch of the Nanticoke
river, thence with said river to the mouth of Miles
branch, thence with said branch to the county road
leading from Johnson's Cross Roads to Federalsburg,
thence with the said county road to the place of
beginning.

FEDERALSBURG.
1865, c. 110 enacts the following:

113. Hereafter it shall not be lawful for the clerks
for the circuit courts for Dorchester or Caroline
counties to issue license to any person or persons to
sell spiritous or fermented liquors or lager beer at
Federalsburg, or at any place nearer than one mile
in every direction, unless for medicinal purposes and
upon the prescription of a respectable physician.

114 For every violation of the foregoing section,
the person or persons convicted of the same shall,
for each and every offence, pay not less than twenty
dollars nor more than fifty dollars, one half to the
informer and the other half to the State.
