157. In the event of the death, resignation or disa-
bility of the said commissioner, the county commis-
sioners of Baltimore county shall fill such vacancy
at the next regular meeting after they shall have
been duly informed of such vacancy.

1885, c. 118 repeals section 140 and re-enacts the same as follows:
146. The register of wills for Baltimore county
shall keep a general alphabet or index to the records
of the wills, and of such other matters recorded in
said office, as the public convenience may require,
and shall be entitled to demand and receive from the
party from whom the service is performed, ten cents
