ARTICLE VIII.

Cecil County.

CIRCUIT COURT.

Chapter 117 amends section 52, as follows:

There shall be three terms of the Circuit Court for Cecil
county in each year, commencing respectively on the second
Monday in January, the first Monday in April, and the third
Monday in September.

In force from March 18, 1865.

ARTICLE X.

Dorchester County.

CONTENTS.

FEDERALSBURG.

Chapter 110 enacts the following:

SEC. 1. Hereafter it shall not be lawful for the clerks for the
Circuit Courts for Dorchester or Caroline counties to issue license
to any person or persons to sell spirituous or fermented liquors
or lager beer at Federalsburg, or at any place nearer than one
mile in every direction, unless for medicinal purposes and upon
the prescription of a respectable physician.

2, For every violation of the foregoing section, the person or
persons convicted of the same shall, for each and every offence,
