quarter, and amount of compensation paid them and the several
clerks in his employment.
34. Every hogshead of tobacco which has been sold by
the grower or his agent, and which shall remain in any ware-
house or elsewhere under the charge of an inspector, for a
period of more than three months from the date of inspection,
shall be liable to a charge of twenty cents per month storage
for every month after the expiration of the said three months,
to be paid before said tobacco shall be removed.
85. Every hogshead of tobacco shall be liable to the charge
of two dollars outage if weighing less than eleven hundred
pounds, and twenty cents additional for every hundred pounds
over that weight, which shall be paid by the purchaser thereof
to the inspector having charge of the same before it is removed,
and shall be liable to no other charge not hereinbefore expressly
provided for; provided, that nothing contained in this or the
preceding section shall increase any charges or costs of the
storage or outage of any tobacco in any of the warehouses
belonging to this State before the date of the passage of this act.

JURORS.
Chapter 44 repeals section 1 of 1861, chapter 51, (section 32 of article 4 in I. Supple-
ment 39, ) and substitutes the following sections therefor:
86. The said judges having prepared the said list, shall re-
quire the clerks of the several courts of Baltimore city, or a
majority of them, to meet in such one of the court rooms of
the said city, at such time as they shall appoint, not less than
ten days before the beginning of the May term of the Superior
Court of Baltimore city, and the names selected by the said
judges shall be inscribed upon ballots, which shall be of equal
size, color and appearance, and shall be closely folded, and shall
be placed in a box prepared for that purpose by the clerks
themselves.
