Chapter 149 repeals Section 186, and enacts the following as a substitute therefor:

SEC. 1. He shall have and receive eight per cent, commission
for the collection of officers' and Attorneys' fees.

Chapter 187 repeals Sections 54, 55, 58, 57, and re-enacts the same as follows •
